What is Associate Membership?

Associate Members are approved businesses that can order parts with a deposit system and collect items on behalf of their clients at our collection point.

Ordering Requirements

  • Minimum Order: $200 USD
  • Deposit Required: 30% upfront payment
  • Balance Payment: Due before collection
  • Payment Method: Bank deposit only

  • Wholesale Access: B2B pricing on all parts
  • Inventory Visibility: See real-time stock levels
  • Client Collections: Pick up orders for customers
  • Order Tracking: Full order history and status

How It Works

1. Apply

Submit your business application with required details

2. Order

Place orders with 30% deposit, $200 minimum

3. Pay Balance

Complete payment before collection deadline

4. Collect

Pick up orders at our collection point

Collection Process

When collecting orders for clients:

  1. Present your Order Number to our Associate
  2. Verify order details and amount due
  3. Complete any outstanding payments
  4. Receive parts and order completion confirmation

Upgrade to Full Member

Associates can upgrade to Full Membership for additional benefits:

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) privileges
  • No minimum order requirements
  • Higher ordering limits
  • Priority customer support
Important Notes
  • Orders must be collected within 2 hours of confirmation
  • Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled and stock returned
  • All payments are verified manually by our admin team
  • COD is not available for Associate Members
